Bryan Howard

Founder Managing Director

Bryan has over 20 years of experience in the Manufacturing industry.  From his technical roles early on as a Quality Engineer, Program Manager, and Quality Manager to his shift into Sales and Strategy before he finally got the opportunity to combine all of this together as the President and eventually owner and CEO of a manufacturing business in West Michigan.

Today Bryan actively leads Co-Op sessions and participates in the one-on-one coaching sessions.  Bryan also works directly with executive leaders and owners who need/desire change, feel stuck, need help growing, or simply need a sounding board and advisor.
